High productivity

Each axis of the HPC machining center has a rapid speed of 60m/min. The acceleration of each axis reaches 1G, the tool exchange time is 1.3 seconds, and the spindle acceleration/deceleration time is 1.25 seconds (0-15000 rpm), which can greatly reduce the non-machining time and improve the processing efficiency.

High precision

The finite element analysis design ensures that the motion axis does not generate vibration under high acceleration and deceleration motions, thereby ensuring stable and high-precision machining of the machine tool. HPC63 Horizontal Machining Center is the world-class high-performance modular machining center of VOGTLAND in Germany. It is a modular machine tool specially developed for high-volume manufacturing of automotive parts. The X-Y-Z triaxial movements of the machine tool are all concentrated on the spindle component. That is, the spindle, the column, and the cross slide form a horizontal three-coordinate unit.
Satisfy the workpiece mounted on the fixture in the fixed state can complete the processing of the workpiece-related content. The product's three-coordinate unit module can be configured as a multi-station special machine tool with the turntable module, or it can be combined with a fixed worktable or a duplex workbench to form a standard horizontal machining center. The machining center can be used in stand-alone mode, and can also be composed of multiple machines to form a flexible processing line and an automatic line, which is suitable for flexible manufacturing of automobile parts such as cylinder blocks and cylinder heads. HPC63 has provided more than 500 cases for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen and other parts around the world. Its performance and reliability have been fully verified. The machine has a small footprint, high cutting rigidity, and durable reliability.
